Champagne
Champagne Romain Billette

It is a strong family symbol that Romain is carrying today by reviving the bottle at the estate.

For five generations now in the city of Urville, in the famous Côte des Bar, the Billette vineyards have been planted on clay-limestone slopes with the following grapes: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc.

Domaine des Trois V

Coming from a farmers' family, Marjorie wanted to maintain the family business and she decided to take over.

Following that choice, it has marked a turning point in the history of the estate. She did not want to take over the cereal business and instead devoted herself entirely to the culture of the vines.

In 2013, she created the Domaine des Trois V, named thanks to the three "Premier Cru" of their parcels: Vaucoupin, Vosgros & Vaugiraut.

Domaine Fond Moiroux

The history of the estate goes back more than two centuries.

It has been founded in Cogny, in the heart of the beautiful region "Pierres Dorées", in the mid-18th century by the Blanc family.

Its name comes from a fountain (Fond or Font) which still supplies a lavoir. Sylvie and Bertrand have acquired this heritage full of history, in 2019.

Beyond the beauty of the place and the quality of the soils, they were led by the richness of this history, deeply rooted in the Beaujolais region.

Famille Gouze

Located in the city of Montagne, next to Saint-Emilion, the vineyard owns a surface area of 4,5 hectares in one piece.

Bought in 1959 by Mr and Mrs Gouze, the property overlooks the medieval city, located in the heard of the Grands Crus Classés and Premiers Grands Crus Classés (e.g. Château Troplong Mondot, Trottevielle, Pavie).

The terroir, clay-limestone soil, is particularly favourable to the birth of our prestigious Saint-Emilion Grand Cru. The grape variety, 100% Merlot, brings a very seductive suppleness, fruitiness, and also a beautiful smoothness.
